We are looking for passionate, detail-oriented, and hardworking Manufacturing Assistants to join us as we transition from prototype to production.

Role Responsibilities
Work to achieve production goals
Operate and maintain production equipment
Carbon-epoxy composite layup
Follow instructions to assemble parts
Assist engineers to prototype, rework and repair tooling and parts
Assist engineers to develop manufacturing procedures, best practices and quality inspection metric
Keep work area organized and clean
Receive and transport deliveries
Record manufacturing data and complete travelers

Able to use deductive reasoning when minimal knowledge and instructions are available
Desire to grow with the company and taking on additional responsibilities
